Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level PTC Product Manager to support product strategy, lifecycle management, customer programs, pricing, and cross-functional coordination for engineering and manufacturing products serving aerospace, aviation, defense, medical, HVAC, and marine markets. This role is ideal for recent college graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience working with Engineering, Quality, Production, Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Accounting teams.

What you’ll do
- Support the development and execution of product roadmaps aligned to market opportunities and company goals.
- Assist with product lifecycle tasks including new product introductions and ongoing product performance tracking.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, budgets, and risks to help deliver on schedule and on budget.
- Participate in forecasting, demand planning, and basic market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Evaluate customer inquiries and support program development with Engineering and Quality stakeholders.
- Communicate customer priorities and requirements to Production and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Help resolve product, production, delivery, and quality-related issues in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Assist with pricing, quoting, and basic profitability margin analysis alongside Accounting and leadership.
- Maintain accurate product and customer data to support business decisions and reporting.
- Support AS9100 (or similar) quality system requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee transactional order support activities: order entry, tracking, invoicing, rebates, and returns.
- Promote safe work practices and participate in company safety programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Recent graduates and early-career candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Preferred: internship, co‑op, academic project, or work experience in product management, manufacturing, engineering, sales, marketing, or business analysis.
- Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or technical environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with quality systems such as AS9100 or ISO 9001 is desirable.
- Interest in aerospace, aviation, medical, defense, HVAC, or marine industries.

- Base salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 (annual)
