What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring entry-level ProSales Associates into a structured 12-month sales development program designed to prepare early-career professionals for a Territory Sales Representative role. In this role you will receive hands-on training, field exposure, and mentorship to build a long-term sales career in the equipment rental and services industry.

  • Participate in a structured sales development program covering professional selling skills, account management, territory planning, and customer engagement
  • Learn the client’s product and service portfolio, including equipment categories and specialty service lines
  • Shadow Territory Sales Representatives in the field and visit customer job sites to understand project needs and equipment applications
  • Support customer outreach, lead generation, and daily sales activities to help grow assigned territories
  • Learn core branch operations, logistics coordination, and customer service best practices to better support sales outcomes
  • Prepare for placement into a Territory Sales Representative role and receive coaching aimed at future advancement into sales leadership, national accounts, or regional roles

Qualifications

  • 0–5 years of sales or relevant customer-facing experience; recent graduates and early-career candidates encouraged to apply
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within an assigned territory
  • Willingness and interest in building a long-term career in sales with opportunities for relocation or progression as needed
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds frequently and work both indoors and outdoors as required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $31.25 per hour
  • Employment type: Full-time
