What You’ll Do

The Proposal Analyst I will support development of compliant, audit-ready government proposals (FMF, FMS, and other programs). You will work cross-functionally to prepare cost analyses, material support packages, and Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation that align with FAR/DFAR, DSCA, and the confidential client’s policies.

  • Assist with strategic proposal initiatives for FMF, FMS, and other government programs
  • Compile, validate, and document material cost data for proposal submissions and audit readiness
  • Build and maintain audit-ready cost models using the confidential client’s cost structures and historical data
  • Prepare labor support strategies and compliant BOE documentation for functional teams
  • Provide data-driven updates and documentation for proposal reviews with Program Office and Proposal Manager
  • Ensure proposals meet DSCA guidelines, company certifications, and FAR/DFAR requirements
  • Conduct cost, pricing, and compliance analysis to support internal decision-making and proposal strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • Strong Microsoft Excel modeling skills (formula creation, analysis) and solid written communication
  • Understanding of government cost models and CLIN structure
  • Experience or ability to navigate LN and legacy ERP systems used by the confidential client
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into proposal inputs
  • Flexible and able to support proposal schedules and changing cost inputs
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural environment with close international collaboration

Travel & Physical Requirements

  • Occasional lifting of items up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit for periods, and use hands for manual tasks
  • Sufficient vision and sustained concentration required
  • Ad hoc travel as needed
