What You’ll Do

This entry-level Proposal Analyst role supports development of compliant, audit‑ready proposals for FMF, FMS, and other U.S. government programs. You will work cross‑functionally to build cost models, prepare Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation, and assemble material support packages aligned with FAR/DFAR, DSCA guidance, and company policy.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing strategic proposal initiatives for FMF, FMS, and other Government Programs
• Compile, validate, and document material cost data and prepare audit‑ready support packages
• Build and maintain cost models using historical data and audit results to support pricing and waiver requests
• Prepare labor support strategies and compliant BOE documentation for functional organizations
• Support proposal reviews with Program Office and Proposal Manager; provide data‑driven updates and documentation
• Conduct cost, pricing, and compliance analysis to inform proposal strategy and internal decision‑making
• Document proposal‑related policies and procedures to maintain audit readiness and compliance with regulations

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, industrial engineering, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel modeling skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Solid written communication skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of government cost models and CLIN structure
• Experience working with LN and legacy ERP systems (or similar enterprise cost systems)
• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into clear support for proposals
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and collaborating with international partners

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to DCAA audit results, DSCA guidance, FAR/DFAR interpretation, or government proposal processes
• Familiarity with building audit‑ready cost models and supporting waiver packages
