Role Overview
Confidential Client is hiring a Property Associate to provide administrative, financial, and tenant-facing support for an office property or small portfolio in Milwaukee, WI. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to start a career in commercial property management and gain exposure to lease administration, vendor coordination, and property accounting.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality tenant support: respond to inquiries, process service requests, and coordinate maintenance resolution.
- Support property management administrative tasks: data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance.
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), handle certificates of insurance (COIs), and assist with invoicing tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage work orders to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
- Help prepare monthly reports, financial summaries, and property performance updates for management and clients.
- Assist with lease administration tasks such as move-in coordination, filing, and tenant communication.
- Support tenant engagement activities, building communications, and on-site events.
- Provide backup reception, mail distribution, and general office coverage as needed.
- Perform other duties necessary to comply with property management agreements and local requirements.
Location & Schedule
- On-site presence required in Milwaukee, WI (Milwaukee County).
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Compensation
- Salary: $52,000 to $59,000 per year (range provided by the client).
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in an office environment; experience in commercial real estate or property management preferred.
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or other customer-facing roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to grow within the commercial real estate industry.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship — this position does not provide visa sponsorship.
