Role overview
Confidential Client is hiring a Property Associate to provide administrative, financial, and tenant‑facing support for an office property or small portfolio. This is an entry-level property management role with strong exposure to accounting tasks (AP/AR), vendor coordination, lease support, and tenant services. On-site presence in Glendale, CO is required.
What You’ll Do
This role is ideal for someone starting their commercial real estate/property management career who enjoys customer service and hands-on operational work.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants: respond to inquiries, process service requests, and coordinate resolution of maintenance issues.
- Support the property management team with administrative duties: data entry, document preparation, and maintaining property records and databases.
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), review certificates of insurance (COIs), and code invoices.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage work orders to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
- Help prepare monthly reports, financial summaries, and property performance updates for senior management and clients.
- Support lease administration tasks such as tenant move-ins, file/document management, and tenant communications.
- Assist with tenant events, building communications, and community engagement initiatives.
- Provide reception backup, mail distribution, and other general office support as needed.
- Carry out additional tasks required to comply with Property Management Agreements and local ordinances.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an office environment; commercial real estate or property management experience preferred.
- 1–2 years of customer‑facing or customer service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to grow within the commercial real estate industry.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (this position does not provide visa sponsorship).
Compensation & logistics
- Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 USD per year.
- Employment type: Contract and/or Full‑time (as posted).
- Work arrangement: On‑site in Glendale, CO (on‑site presence required).
- Final compensation is determined by candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
