What You’ll Do
This on-site Property Associate role supports day-to-day operations for a commercial office building in Bellevue, WA. You will be the primary administrative contact for tenants and a key support resource for the property management team, handling tenant service, basic accounting tasks, vendor coordination, and general front-office operations.
- Provide excellent tenant customer service: respond to inquiries, process service requests, and coordinate maintenance resolution.
- Support property management with administrative tasks: data entry, document prep, and maintaining property records.
- Process financial transactions and documentation: basic Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), code invoices, and manage certificates of insurance (COIs).
- Coordinate vendors and work orders to ensure timely maintenance and repair.
- Help prepare monthly reports and property performance summaries for management and clients.
- Support lease administration tasks including tenant move-ins, document filing, and communication coordination.
- Assist with tenant events, building communications, and activities that improve tenant experience.
- Provide backup reception/mail distribution and general office support as needed.
- Perform other duties required to comply with property management agreements and local ordinances.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of office experience; experience in commercial real estate or property management is preferred.
- 1–2 years in a customer-facing or customer service role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in commercial real estate.
- On-site presence required.
- This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Compensation & Location
- Estimated pay (as listed): $28.00 – $34.62 USD per year.
- Location: On-site — Bellevue, WA.
