What You’ll Do
This is an entry-level Project Manager role supporting medical imaging installations (MR, CT, X‑Ray and related equipment). Working under experienced Project Managers, you'll help coordinate logistics and field operations to ensure on-time, on-budget installations and high customer satisfaction.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and pre‑construction activities.
- Coordinate material handling, deliveries, and on‑site installation logistics.
- Act as the Project Manager’s proxy during site visits, construction meetings, and acceptance/receiving activities.
- Perform routine site inspections to monitor progress and identify issues early.
- Work with customers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve logistics and installation challenges.
- Learn construction- and equipment-related requirements to grow toward independent project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 0–3 years relevant experience (entry-level).
- Desire to advance into a Project Manager role; willingness to relocate within the continental U.S. for future opportunities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings.
- Working knowledge of construction practices (electrical, plumbing, structural, HVAC) is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and solid organizational ability.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned coverage area and to other states as needed.
- Valid driver’s license required in the state of residence; must meet fleet safety standards and not have disqualifying DUI/DWI or serious moving violations (unless such restrictions are prohibited by state or local law).
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $73,030 – $100,419 per year (actual offer may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications).
- Company vehicle provided (can be used for personal use) subject to fleet policy.
- Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, long- and short-term disability, paid time off, and public‑transportation/parking assistance (subject to eligibility and plan terms).
