What You’ll Do

You will support strategic initiatives as a hybrid Project Manager / Data Analyst on the AH-GSM initiatives team for a confidential client in the pharmaceuticals industry. This role blends project coordination, stakeholder communication, and applied data analysis to deliver timely, actionable insights that drive program decisions.

• Lead and coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to support project tracking, performance metrics, and decision-making.
• Produce regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Help define project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans.
• Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and follow up to ensure execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a combined project management and data analysis role (examples: managing initiative timelines AND producing analytics deliverables).
• Strong comfort with data collection, transformation, and reporting.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to translate data into concise insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
