The Project Coordinator supports the operations team by assisting Project Managers in planning, tracking, and executing projects to ensure seamless delivery. What You’ll Do
This is an operations-focused project coordinator / project manager support role working with project managers and the operations team to keep projects on schedule, control scope, and maintain project documentation.
- Assist Project Manager(s) with reviewing and approving daily work plans.
- Maintain the Master Project Schedule; generate and distribute milestone and weekly status reports.
- Track project plan development and monitor schedule performance.
- Manage scope changes through change-control processes and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate vendor and subcontractor communications and serve as a liaison to internal operations.
- Support vendor contracting, record retention, and document/workflow administration.
- Schedule and prepare project meetings as outlined in project plans.
- Assist leadership with project analysis and continuous improvement of project management processes.
- Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or a related field (required).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; preferred experience with Microsoft Project.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts (preferred).
- Experience in manufacturing and/or construction is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of engineering standards, industry practices, and applicable regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without restrictions.
Schedule & Working Conditions
- Full-time; typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with a one-hour unpaid lunch break (consistent schedule).
- General office environment with regular collaboration across teams and vendors.
- Some positions may require occasional travel to project sites or vendor locations — confirm at interview.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay rate listed in the source posting: $19.50 per hour.

Location
Bethlehem, WV — on-site role supporting projects in the client’s manufacturing / construction operations.
