About the Role
Project Manager – Beer & Beverage Marketing (Entry Level) — Bee Cave, TX.
As the Project Manager you will support the commercial team by owning the operational workflow for assigned projects: quoting, ordering, logistics, and accounting interface. You will coordinate with sales, design, engineering, manufacturing, and operations to move projects from order through delivery on time and on budget. This is an in-person role based in Bee Cave, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers to transition new orders into active projects
- Coordinate day-to-day communication with factories, vendors, and internal teams
- Set timelines, track progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Maintain accurate project data in CRM/ERP systems in real time
- Support project budgeting, pricing schedules, and proposals
- Capture and coordinate milestones from internal and customer-facing meetings
- Review product specs, samples, and prototypes and guide them through approvals into production
- Develop working knowledge of production capabilities, operations, and product offerings
- Participate in team huddles, project reviews, and weekly commercial meetings
- Bring energy, positivity, and a solutions-first mindset to every interaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team-first, problem-solving approach with a willingness to learn production and operations processes

Compensation & Benefits

The Project Manager role supports commercial growth by ensuring operational excellence across projects.
Location & Workplace
This role is onsite in Bee Cave, TX. Candidates must be able to work from the Bee Cave/Austin area office and coordinate with domestic and international manufacturing partners as required.
