What You’ll Do

Support capital projects for a confidential client as an early-career Project Manager on a 12‑month contract (onsite in Richland, WA). Responsibilities include:

• Support an Integrated Project Team through project planning and execution.
• Help develop project execution plans, scope definitions, schedules, and budget baselines.
• Assist in identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and supporting contingency estimates.
• Coordinate with project controls and support Control Account Managers.
• Review cost and schedule variances and help establish corrective actions.
• Communicate project status to management, customers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a scientific discipline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Entry-level / junior PM — no prior PM experience required.
• Comfortable working onsite in Richland, WA on a contract basis.

Preferred (helpful but not required):

• Exposure to construction or capital projects.
• Familiarity with project controls, schedule and cost variance reporting, or risk register maintenance.
