Confidential Client is seeking motivated candidates for a Project Management Job Training Program based in East Cambridge, MA. This is an intensive, entry-level, full-time training pathway combining classroom instruction, hands-on project coordination experience, and an internship placement to help you launch a career in project management, business operations, or finance operations.

What You’ll Learn & Do

The program blends technical and professional training with practical internship experience. You will:

• Build core project coordination skills and learn how to support team-based projects
• Learn business operations and finance fundamentals relevant to operations and accounting teams
• Use data to support business outcomes and reporting
• Develop communication, interviewing, resume and networking skills
• Participate in an internship placement with industry partners in the Greater Boston area

Who Should Apply (Eligibility)

You may be a great fit if you:

• Are a high school graduate or hold a GED
• Are authorized to work in the U.S.
• Are available Monday–Friday for the duration of the program (full-time)
• Have NOT obtained a bachelor’s degree
• Are highly motivated to learn both technical and professional skills
