Role Overview

Confidential Client is hiring a Project Management Fellow to join their New York, NY team (hybrid). This is an entry-level, full-time, permanent fellowship designed to develop foundational skills in project coordination within health and wellness advertising. Start date: February 8, 2027 (subject to change).

What You’ll Do

You will support internal project delivery, helping ensure projects run on time, on budget, and meet quality standards. Typical responsibilities include:

• Communicate with internal teams to monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met
• Direct and facilitate routing and review processes
• Upload and manage project documents (Adobe PDFs) in the agency systems for internal review
• Send reminders and follow up with teammates to keep work moving
• Complete administrative tasks and maintain consistent file naming conventions
• Track project costs and enter estimates into the finance system (Agresso)
• Pull financial reports from Agresso and escalate budget issues or scope creep internally
• Enter creative resource allocations into the Resource Management platform
• Assist PM leads with project completion reports, forecasting documents, and Gantt charts

Ideal Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration, or equivalent
• 0–1 year of relevant business experience (entry-level)
• Prior experience or interest in healthcare/communications or advertising preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet (or willingness to learn)
• Experience or comfort with financial systems (experience with Agresso is a plus)
• Strong organizational, critical-thinking, and proactive capabilities
• Able to perform under pressure while maintaining quality standards
• Thrives in methodical, process-driven workflows

• Salary: $55,000 per year + overtime (Non-Exempt)
• Employment type: Full-time, Permanent
• Work model: Hybrid — based in the New York, NY office (200 Madison Avenue)
• Start date: February 8, 2027 (subject to change)
• Relocation assistance, housing support, and moving reimbursements are not provided
