What You’ll Do
- Support pilot projects, testing, and validation of new equipment designs
- Help develop and standardize equipment system designs for multiple markets and applications
- Create, review, and maintain engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
- Develop and maintain equipment documentation packages (manuals, specifications, SOPs)
- Assist in mechanical system design and facility layout work
- Support system integration, including controls and automation interfaces
- Collaborate with senior engineers on design refinements and continuous improvement
- Participate in design reviews, root-cause analysis, and design improvements based on field feedback
- Maintain documentation accuracy, version control, and accessibility for the Equipment Team
Who You Are
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
- 0–2 years of engineering experience, internships, or co-ops (entry-level)
- Basic understanding of mechanical design principles and ability to read engineering drawings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, documentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Self‑starter who works well independently and as part of a team
- High achievement orientation and willingness to learn
- Preferred: experience with CAD (Inventor, SolidWorks), exposure to industrial equipment or controls, and basic PLC/system integration familiarity

- Travel: Up to 10–20% required
- Salary (estimated from source): $68,151 per year (estimated)
