What You’ll Do

As a Project Engineer with our confidential client, you will support project teams to keep custom residential construction projects organized, on schedule, and moving efficiently from planning to completion.

• Support Superintendents and Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Process and enter RFIs, submittals, permits, inspections, and other project records
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Track project schedules and construction progress
• Perform regular site visits to monitor quality and field coordination
• Maintain accurate project records using construction management software
• Assist with material procurement and delivery coordination
• Identify potential issues early and help develop practical, constructible solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, or a related field
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience (internships and entry-level roles count)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Procore or similar construction management software is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites in the Osprey, FL area

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-time, onsite role (regular site visits required)
• Pay range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
• Benefits include insurance allowance, Simple IRA with employer match, paid vacation/sick time/holidays, company phone and computer

Within your first year you will become a dependable technical resource for the project team, confidently coordinate project documentation, and gain the knowledge and experience to progress toward Project Manager or other construction leadership roles.

• This position requires periodic site visits; candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to drive to local job sites.
