What You’ll Do

This is an early-career Project Engineer role supporting commercial construction projects for a confidential client. You will work closely with Project Managers and field teams to support project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and execution
• Support projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Manage and track RFIs, submittals, project documentation, and correspondence
• Assist with project schedules and track key project deadlines
• Help coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules
• Review drawings, specifications, and other construction documents
• Assist with subcontractor coordination and communication
• Support project cost tracking and cost control
• Participate in project meetings; document meeting minutes and follow-up tasks
• Assist with punch lists, closeout documentation, and final project turnover
• Support project safety and quality initiatives
• Take on increasing project management responsibilities as your experience grows

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Entry-level candidates and recent graduates with relevant construction education or internship experience encouraged to apply
• Previous commercial construction internship, co-op, Project Engineer, or field experience is a plus but not required
• Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and commercial construction processes preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using project management and scheduling technology
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
• Able to work collaboratively with both office and field teams
• Motivated to develop into an Assistant Project Manager and eventually a Project Manager

Location & Work Arrangement

• Onsite in King of Prussia, PA (work will primarily be at project sites and office within the Greater Philadelphia market)
• Projects include higher education, healthcare, corporate, industrial, retail, hospitality, and general commercial work across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the surrounding region
