  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams — manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and customers — to meet specifications and on-time delivery
  • Support technical projects and discrete project phases involving product improvements or new product introductions
  • Prepare work packages, document technical data, and maintain project records using Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools
  • Learn and apply engineering tools and software (Mathcad/Matlab, 3D CAD tools) as required by assignments

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools (MS Project or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to present status, recommendations, and technical information clearly
  • Authorized to work full-time in the U.S.; the client is not sponsoring work visas for this position

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years applying design, development, evaluation, and quality control techniques on engineering projects
  • Experience managing engineering tasks or small projects with limited supervision
  • Hands-on experience with Mathcad/Matlab and 3D CAD systems (SolidWorks, NX, Creo, etc.)
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational ability
  • Evidence of academic achievement (e.g., 3.0+ GPA) and leadership or extracurricular involvement
  • Self-motivated, able to take ownership, and work effectively in cross-functional teams

Benefits & Relocation

  • Relocation package available for qualifying candidates
  • Employer-subsidized medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Short- and long-term disability coverage
  • 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, and health savings accounts
  • Employee assistance and educational assistance programs
  • Parental leave, 12 paid holidays, and paid time off for vacation, personal, and sick time

Work Model, Sponsorship & U.S. Person Requirement

  • Hybrid work model (#LI-Hybrid) per the client’s policies
  • The client is not sponsoring applicants for work visas for this position — applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis
  • Due to U.S. export control compliance, candidates must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or possess protected status such as asylum/refugee)
