How You Will Make an Impact
- Coordinate project documentation, including submittals, RFI logs, and change orders to keep workflows moving efficiently.
- Evaluate mechanical blueprints, specifications, and equipment schedules to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, field superintendents, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor procurement and material tracking to ensure HVAC equipment and supplies arrive on schedule.
- Facilitate resolution of design conflicts and field discrepancies with practical, constructible technical solutions.
- Attend site visits and progress meetings; be prepared for an approximate 40% travel schedule across project locations.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education or early-career experience in mechanical/HVAC, engineering, construction management, or commercial construction.
- Proficiency reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, architectural plans, and technical specifications.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and submittals.
- Availability and flexibility to travel up to 40% of the time to support job sites.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Internship, co-op, or early-career experience in commercial, industrial, or mechanical construction.
- Prior exposure to manufacturer training, industrial HVAC control systems, or formal safety training.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay rate: $28–$32 per hour.
- Weekly pay cycle.

Work Location & Travel

- Travel to job sites up to approximately 40% of the time.
- This role will be with Confidential Client and supports commercial, industrial, government, and federal mechanical/HVAC projects.
