What You’ll Do
Under the supervision of the Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer, you will support day-to-day project delivery tasks and learn foundational project management skills needed to advance toward a Senior Project Engineer role. Typical responsibilities include:
- Update and track project schedules
- Prepare and process submittals and RFIs
- Assist with subcontractor procurement and bid coordination
- Coordinate with trades, vendors, and on-site teams to support delivery
- Support project closeout documentation and punchlist activities
- Keep project records and help maintain project files and logs
- Learn and use project management software and other technology tools
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good time management and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic; able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn new technology and project management processes
