Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned projects and tasks, reporting to Project Managers or Division Leaders.
• Assist with bid preparation: quantity takeoffs, subcontractor outreach, and proposal assembly under senior staff guidance.
• Review and evaluate Change Order Requests for accuracy and scope alignment.
• Coordinate, track, and manage project submittals and RFIs to ensure timely responses and project continuity.
• Communicate with project teams and external partners about submittals, ASIs, RFIs, and construction documentation.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to keep projects on track.
• Perform basic quality-control checks and help ensure work meets specifications and standards.
• Support material procurement and maintain procurement documentation.
• Participate in job site meetings and assist with daily reporting and project tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years’ experience supporting construction projects or estimating preferred (internships considered).
• Strong understanding of construction documents, plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Familiarity with construction software such as Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
