What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Project Engineer to join construction projects serving the Central Texas region. You will support project teams with day-to-day coordination, help keep documentation and workflows organized, and contribute to quality, safety, and estimating activities.

• Support document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims)
• Assist project team with daily coordination and communication
• Help with procurement of construction materials and coordination of subcontractors
• Perform Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks and assist with safety management
• Assist with survey and project layout; track weekly progress with photos
• Support equipment management and basic project estimating

Who You Are (Qualifications)

• 1+ years of related experience (internship, co-op, or full-time experience welcomed)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Comfortable solving problems and using data to make recommendations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communicator who works well on teams and builds relationships
• Willingness to relocate for specific roles, if required
