What You’ll Do

This entry-level Project Engineer will assist the Project Manager and Project Team across multiple construction projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Assist with submittals, RFIs, and drawings management
• Maintain project documentation and support client communications
• Track production and project costs
• Solicit and qualify subcontractor bids and scopes
• Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and proposals for approval
• Develop and manage punch lists with the Project Team
• Coordinate with the Superintendent to ensure jobsite needs are met
• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project administration and reporting

This role is designed for growth — successful candidates will be developed toward a future Project Manager role.

What We’re Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil or Construction Engineering, or a related degree
• Ability to read and interpret construction project documents (plans, specifications, submittals)
• Experience with project scheduling software
• Knowledge of construction safety principles

Nice-to-have / preferred:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort working with teams across office and field environments
• Interest in career development toward project management
