Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator at Confidential Client supports the execution of customer orders and entry-level projects by coordinating between customers, sales, engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams. This role ensures accurate and timely completion of technical and commercial requirements, documentation, schedules, and deliverables, while maintaining strong communication and organizational practices in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
The Project Coordinator will support execution of customer orders and entry-level projects from order handoff through completion. This role is the day-to-day coordination point among customers, Sales, Application Engineering, Project Management, manufacturing facilities, and other stakeholders to ensure technical and commercial requirements, documentation, schedules, and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate customer orders and entry-level projects using established processes, schedules, and project requirements.
- Serve as the primary coordination contact between internal teams and external customers.
- Provide accurate technical, commercial, order status, and project documentation to customers and stakeholders.
- Review customer purchase orders and documentation for completeness; identify and coordinate resolution of discrepancies.
- Maintain project and order records in ERP, CRM, and project-tracking systems.
- Track milestones, documentation approvals, manufacturing and shipment dates; communicate status and escalate risks or delays.
- Coordinate technical document submissions and approvals with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Project Management.
- Support order changes, schedule updates, and shipping coordination per established procedures.
- Prepare customer communications, status reports, meeting notes, and action-item logs.
- Respond to customer and internal inquiries, research issues, and route matters to appropriate resources.
- Support customer satisfaction through timely communication and consistent follow-through.
- Participate in project handoff, status, and coordination meetings.
- Follow quality, safety, compliance, and records-management procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Estimated compensation: $70,514 per year (estimated).
What We’re Looking For
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering Technology, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field preferred.
Experience & Knowledge
- 0–1 year in project coordination, sales support, order management, customer service, manufacturing, or related environment.
- Basic understanding of project coordination, order management, and customer service principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
- Ability to learn ERP, CRM, order management, and project-tracking systems.
- Ability to read, organize, and manage technical and commercial information related to industrial products and customer orders.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, follow procedures, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Comfortable working across Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, and customer-facing teams in deadline-driven environments.
Location & Travel
- Location: Duluth, GA.
- Occasional travel as needed for visits to company facilities, customer sites, or project locations.
