Confidential Client is a consultancy that provides engineering, inspection, and remediation services for vertical infrastructure. They focus on extending asset life through data-driven inspection, quality assurance, and targeted repairs. The organization serves utility, telecom, transportation, and commercial clients and values accuracy, safety, and timely project delivery.


What You’ll Do

The Project Coordinator supports project managers to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. This is an entry-level to early-career role with exposure to field and office-based coordination tasks.

  • Assist with preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Track and report project milestones, KPIs, and action items.
  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, and project reviews; capture and follow up on action items.
  • Support project teams by assigning tasks, clarifying responsibilities, and ensuring clear communication.
  • Monitor and help enforce project quality standards and procedures.
  • Identify, assess, and report project risks; assist in developing mitigation plans.
  • Support change control processes and document scope, schedule, or budget changes.
  • Participate in on-site project coordination and attend client or field meetings as needed.
  • Assist with project closeout activities such as final inspections, client acceptance, and lessons learned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management, or related discipline preferred.
  • Entry-level project coordination experience or internships are a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management principles, methodologies, and common tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Physical & Mental Requirements

  • Good overall health and stamina; ability to work extended hours during critical phases.
  • Mobility for site visits — walking, standing, and occasional lifting of light-to-moderate items (documents, laptops).
  • Proficiency with computers and office equipment; good hand-eye coordination.
  • Adequate visual and auditory acuity for reading reports and participating in meetings.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to lead or support teams effectively.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Range: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour.
  • FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.
  • Reports to: Project Manager.
