Role overview
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Project Analyst to support project delivery, budgeting, reporting, and coordination for engineering projects based in One Horse Store, AR. This role supports project managers by analyzing data, maintaining documentation, and helping keep projects on schedule and on budget.
Key responsibilities
- Support project planning and execution: monitor schedules, track milestones, and assist with cost estimates and budgets.
- Maintain project documentation: timelines, resource plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Research, monitor, and analyze project data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Assist with RFP responses, ensuring compliance with requirements and supporting proposal preparation.
- Coordinate multiple projects concurrently and communicate progress and scope changes to stakeholders.
- Liaise between local management, technical staff, and external clients as an administrative point of contact.
- Support accounting and billing processes by maintaining accurate project information in accounting systems and assisting with monthly billing and collections as needed.
- Help develop and refine internal processes and SOPs to improve efficiency.
- May manage branch-level platforms/systems related to project development and delivery.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, construction management, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
- Entry-level — no prior professional experience required; any related internship or co-op is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management lifecycle from conception to delivery.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and common web browsers.
- Experience with Adobe and/or Bluebeam is a plus.
- Familiarity with Deltek and PandaDoc is a plus.
- Progress toward or possession of project management credentials (PMP, CAPM, CSM, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and analytical ability.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and architectural drawings is helpful.
Compensation & benefits
- Base salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year (range provided by the client).

Work environment & physical demands

- Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively, often under time-sensitive deadlines.
