Program Services and Education Coordinator
The Program Services and Education Coordinator supports Confidential Client's mission by independently coordinating program services, volunteer activities, education, outreach, and data management. This role involves collaborating with team leads to ensure effective service delivery, providing guidance to volunteers and interns, and representing the program in community settings to enhance engagement and awareness.

Program Summary
Confidential Client’s Aging Strong program is dedicated to improving the lives of older adults through service, social connection, and volunteer-powered supports. The Program Services & Education Coordinator supports program services, volunteer coordination, caregiver and healthcare education, outreach, data collection, and grant-supported work. This role works closely with Aging Strong team leads to ensure services are delivered consistently, documented accurately, and aligned with program goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Independently coordinate day-to-day program services, meetings, and assigned projects.
- Support and track volunteer recruitment, screening, onboarding, training, placement, recognition, and retention activities.
- Maintain accurate, confidential volunteer and participant records (demographics, eligibility, background-checks, time/attendance, surveys).
- Track education, outreach, referrals, resources, service outputs, and program data for monitoring and grant reporting.
- Assist team leads with screening volunteers/participants using established eligibility criteria and documentation procedures.
- Represent the program at community events, resource fairs, and presentations using approved materials.
- Deliver caregiver and healthcare education using approved curricula; adapt delivery to audience needs within program guidelines.
- Identify community questions, service gaps, and partnership opportunities and report to Team Leads or Program Director.
- Support implemented process improvements: organize logistics, track progress, and complete follow-up.
- Provide routine guidance to volunteers, interns, and entry-level staff on procedures and documentation.
- Follow confidentiality, safety, background-check, and data-quality requirements, and complete mandated training.
- Perform other duties of similar scope as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of direct human-service work with adults.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong problem-solving and solution-seeking ability; patient and compassionate.
- Experience and confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle; proof of state-required minimum liability coverage.
- Ability to pass a criminal history background check.
Experience & Education
- Required: 1 year of human-service work experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Certificates, Licenses & Compliance
- Current driver’s license and active vehicle insurance required.
- Must complete all mandated training required by the program, funders, and partners.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Primary work in a general office environment with regular travel to client homes, volunteer stations, and community venues.
- Regular driving and outdoor outreach; must tolerate varied weather and travel conditions.
- Typical tasks include sitting, standing, walking, driving, repetitive hand/wrist motions for computer use.
- May be required to lift up to 25 lbs.

Schedule & Compensation (Estimated)
- Part-time role: approximately 20 hours per week; Monday–Friday with occasional evenings and weekends.
- Estimated annual salary: $40,211 (reported estimate). Exact compensation and benefits will be provided by the hiring organization.
