Position Overview

Confidential Client is hiring a motivated, organized, and proactive Program Manager Trainee to join their team. This is a developmental, entry-level role designed for candidates who want to build a career in program management and operations within the Education / Test Preparation industry. You will work closely with a Manager to support daily operations, coordinate projects, follow up on tasks, and provide administrative support. Over time, you'll take on increasing ownership of projects and responsibilities with the goal of becoming an independent project owner and future member of the management team.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Manager for program and operational activities
  • Assist with project coordination, scheduling, documentation, and task follow-up
  • Track project timelines, deadlines, priorities, and outstanding action items
  • Coordinate with internal departments and team members to keep projects moving efficiently
  • Organize project information, documents, reports, and other operational materials
  • Participate in meetings, document action items, and follow up with responsible parties
  • Learn the organization’s operations, management processes, and internal workflows
  • Assist the Manager in handling day-to-day operational issues and unexpected situations
  • Gradually take ownership of assigned projects and manage them from planning through completion
  • Identify problems, operational inefficiencies, and potential risks and propose practical solutions
  • Help develop and improve SOPs, workflows, tracking systems, and internal processes
  • Take on additional project management and coordination responsibilities as skills develop

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with different departments and team members
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership; proactive and willing to take initiative
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Quick learner of new systems, processes, and responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools
  • Interest in developing a long-term career in program management, operations, or management
  • Bilingual Mandarin proficiency preferred (title indicates need for Mandarin capability; not required unless specified later in the hiring process)

  • Estimated annual salary: $45,998 per year (estimated)
