What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Program Manager Trainee (Bilingual Mandarin) to support program and operations activities. This is a development role with increasing ownership of projects over time.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Manager in program and operational activities
- Assist with project coordination, scheduling, documentation, and task follow-up
- Track timelines, deadlines, priorities, and outstanding action items
- Coordinate with internal departments and cross-functional team members to keep projects moving
- Organize and maintain project documents, reports, and operational materials
- Participate in meetings, capture action items, and follow up with responsible owners
- Assist the Manager in handling routine operational issues and ad-hoc problems
- Gradually take ownership of assigned projects and manage them from planning through completion
- Use bilingual Mandarin to support communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; entry-level candidates and recent graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English (verbal and written) required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across departments and with diverse teams
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership; eagerness to learn
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Coursework or internship experience in program management, operations, or project coordination

- Prior experience in education, finance, or nonprofit program environments
