Confidential Client is hiring a Program Manager Trainee to join their team in Costa Mesa, CA. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity designed to train motivated candidates toward roles in program and operations management. Compensation & Location
Confidential Client estimates a salary of approximately $44,032 per year (estimated). This position is based in Costa Mesa, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the Manager on program and operational activities.
- Assist with project coordination, scheduling, documentation, and task follow-up.
- Track project timelines, deadlines, priorities, and outstanding action items.
- Coordinate with internal departments and team members to keep projects moving.
- Organize project information, documents, reports, and other operational materials.
- Participate in meetings, document action items, and follow up with responsible parties.
- Learn the organization’s operations, management processes, and internal workflows.
- Assist the Manager in handling day-to-day operational issues and unexpected situations.
- Gradually take ownership of assigned projects and manage them from planning through completion.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and potential risks, and propose practical solutions.
- Help develop and improve SOPs, workflows, tracking systems, and internal processes.
- Take on additional project management and coordination responsibilities as skills develop.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across departments and with diverse team members.

- Bilingual Mandarin language skills — preferred (title indicates bilingual role).
