What You’ll Do

This entry-level Program Delivery Coordinator will support program and project delivery for water treatment and waterfront resilience efforts. You will work closely with Program and Project Managers to handle daily administration, project support, and communications so technical staff can focus on leadership and client relationships.

  • Support program/project activities and help coordinate deliverables across teams
  • Create Budget Summary reports and maintain project budget tracking using Excel
  • Assist with project budget forecasting and cost tracking
  • Review invoices for completeness and accuracy (labor, expense, subconsultant costs)
  • For larger programs, coordinate invoice workflows internally and with clients
  • Prepare subcontract requests and assist with basic contract administration
  • Serve as a central point of contact during project execution for internal teams, subconsultants, and clients
  • Manage calendars, meeting materials, status updates, and routine client communications
  • Keep confidential project records organized and up to date
  • Use independent judgment to prioritize tasks, escalate issues, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline — or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of fundamental project management methodology
  • Strong critical thinking, organization, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize conflicting tasks, and work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional communication with clients, consultants, and internal staff
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Background with design, engineering, or construction company operations
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, or Kahua
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Project (scheduling), PowerPoint, Visio, or GIS

  • Estimated compensation: $57,447 per year (estimated)
