Overview
Confidential Client is seeking a Program Coordinator to support Program Delivery for high-performance computing (HPC) data center projects. This early-career, full-time role focuses on maintaining program governance, organizing the team’s source of truth (documentation, trackers, dashboards), and ensuring smooth handoffs across design, procurement, construction, and operations.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain program governance documentation, procedures, and standardized processes that support program-level planning and execution across engineering, controls, and construction.
- Schedule and run internal program meeting cadence: prepare agendas, capture minutes, track action items to closure, and surface blockers early.
- Coordinate process handoffs between tenant, site, and partner teams; document each handoff and track completion.
- Maintain and update program trackers: action items, decisions, risks, change logs, design review comments, and open items.
- Compile weekly/monthly status inputs and prepare draft internal and tenant-facing status reports for the Customer Success Manager and VP of Data Center Program Delivery.
- Build and maintain portfolio-level dashboards and KPI reporting (cost, schedule, risk, capital efficiency); implement and integrate reporting tools (Procore, P6, Smartsheet, Power BI, SharePoint) with Project Controls.
- Identify recurring tasks that can be standardized or automated and propose improvements using AI and workflow tools.
- Manage commissioning and turnover documentation to support successful project closeouts.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of project coordination, project administration, or similar experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep multiple trackers and schedules current.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management/reporting tools; experience with Procore, BIM 360/ACC, SharePoint, Smartsheet, P6, or Power BI is preferred.
Preferred
- Design engineering or construction experience in data center, mission-critical, or life-science environments.
- CAPM or similar project credential.
Success Measures
- Trackers, dashboards, and reports are accurate, current, and actively used by the team on a set cadence.
- Handoffs between groups are documented with no gaps that delay downstream work.
- Meetings consistently produce documented decisions and action owners with dates.
- Managers spend less time chasing information because the program source of truth is organized and reliable.
What We Offer
- Base salary: $95,000–$110,000 per year, plus bonus target and annual equity grant participation.
- Comprehensive benefits and wellness programs.
- Retirement savings with company contribution.
- Career growth opportunities in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
Work Environment & Logistics

- Schedule: On-site a minimum of three (3) days per week.
- Travel: Periodic travel to project sites, vendor facilities, and partner locations as required.
- Employment type: Full-time.
Tools & Systems
- Procore, BIM 360/ACC, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 — experience with these systems will help you succeed.
