Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator supports the Confidential Client Office of Intramural Training & Education by managing online resources, digital learning platforms, and coordinating major events such as career fairs and workshops. This role involves website content management, virtual meeting support, course administration, and general program coordination to ensure accessible and effective training and career development opportunities. What You’ll Do
This Program Coordinator will support the NIH Office of Intramural Training & Education (OITE) via our Confidential Client. You will provide administrative, technical, and programmatic support to maintain accessible online resources, learning platforms, job/opportunity listings, and high-visibility events.
- Update and organize webpages, announcements, schedules, program details, forms, registration links, FAQs, downloadable materials, and other online resources.
- Review web content for accuracy, clarity, accessibility, broken links, navigation, and formatting; coordinate updates with staff.
- Receive, review, format, post, track, archive, and quality-check job listings, fellowships, internships, and training opportunity postings.
- Assist users, employers, and program staff with routine questions related to job listings and submissions.
- Provide technical support for virtual meetings, webinars, workshops, and digital learning sessions (setup, testing, access assistance, troubleshooting).
- Maintain user guides, SOPs, platform documentation, user accounts, data entries, and routine reports.
- Convert training materials to online course formats and assist with course design in Adobe Learning Manager or other approved LMS platforms.
- Upload, update, test, and maintain course materials, recordings, slides, transcripts, quizzes, and learner navigation.
- Support learner enrollment, completion tracking, participation and evaluation reporting, course quality control, and course documentation.
- Coordinate major events (poster days, career fairs, orientations, workshops): assist with schedules, registration, attendee tracking, speakers, materials, technology, abstracts/posters, judging assignments, surveys, and after-action reporting.
- Maintain and test resource directory/FINDER content, links, filters, and interface features; track feedback and issue logs.
- Provide general program coordination: schedule meetings, prepare agendas/notes, track action items, maintain calendars and project trackers, draft communications and reports, and support data collection and analysis.
- Prepare timely website, job-listing, course, FINDER, and monthly status updates and meeting notes/action items.
- Protect sensitive government, trainee, and user information and comply with accessibility (Section 508), privacy, security, records management, branding, and communications requirements.
- Provide occasional support outside normal business hours for approved major events, system updates, or urgent program needs.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in program coordination, administrative support, or project support.
- Experience updating websites or managing online content.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and supporting digital course delivery.
- Ability to support virtual platforms, webinars, and online meetings.
- Experience supporting events, conferences, fairs, or poster sessions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, shared document platforms, spreadsheets, and project trackers.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust (adjudication required prior to onboarding). Candidates with an active Public Trust or existing suitability are preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adobe Learning Manager (Adobe LMS).
- Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility requirements.
- Experience with content management systems and online resource directories.
- Strong written and verbal communication and proofreading skills.
- Customer-service orientation and ability to work independently and collaboratively with government staff.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range: $74,000–$124,000 (salary decisions depend on skills, experience, clearances, certifications, and business needs).

- Position may be eligible for a discretionary variable incentive bonus.
