Position Overview

Confidential Client is hiring a full-time, temporary (grant-funded) Program Coordinator I to support school-based programming in Tulsa, OK for the 2026–2027 school year. This entry-level role focuses on executing established program activities, coordinating student supports, maintaining accurate case documentation, and building strong working relationships with students, families, school staff, and community partners. This position is funded by a grant and may be renewable for the 2027–2028 school year.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of the School Support Plan using provided templates and guidance
  • Coordinate Tier I programs and assigned activities with fidelity
  • Assist with logistics for partner-led programs and school-wide events
  • Manage a supervised caseload of ~40–55 students, including intake, documentation, and basic home visits
  • Implement student and family support plans using established approaches
  • Maintain accurate, timely case documentation and follow confidentiality protocols
  • Communicate professionally and responsively with school staff and partners
  • Keep organized schedules, files, and tracking systems; meet deadlines with guidance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or nearing completion
  • 0–2 years of experience working with youth, schools, or community programs
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn foundational case management and program coordination skills
  • Comfortable following established processes and working under supervision
  • Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English

Compensation & Schedule

  • Estimated salary: $53,410 per year (estimated)
  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Role is temporary and contingent on grant funding for the 2026–2027 school year; potential renewal depending on funding
