What You’ll Do

This entry-level Program Cost Controls / Financial Analyst role supports a portfolio of programs within the Program Controls discipline. You'll receive hands-on training and contribute to financial planning, reporting, and cost-control activities.

  • Support program financial lifecycle from proposal costing through baselining, budget creation, and Inter-Organizational Transfer (IOT) processing
  • Maintain and analyze Estimate at Completion (EAC) data for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
  • Prepare and update Annual Operating Plans using business planning tools (Rplan)
  • Use SAP/APEX and Business Warehouse for financial reporting: funding profiles, bookings, sales & earnings outlook, forecast and billing projections
  • Produce variance analysis and assist with sales forecasting and cost control
  • Collaborate within a fast-paced finance team; manage multiple assignments and take ownership of deliverables

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related business field
  • Less than 2 years of relevant experience (entry-level)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Word and PowerPoint
  • Professional or internship experience in a finance-related role
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to government contractual access requirements
  • Security Clearance: None required for this position

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range (good-faith estimate): $57,200 – $108,800 USD per year
  • Estimated midpoint (jobs-intel figure): ~$132,688 (used for comparative context)
