Role Summary
This is a contract Program Administrator role supporting data center operations and program management activities for a confidential client in Richland, WA. The role focuses on program coordination, operational reporting, project administration, process support, and stakeholder communications to reduce administrative burden and improve program performance.
What You’ll Do
This role provides day-to-day program support across multiple data center locations and will work closely with program leadership and stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate daily program activities and act as the primary communication hub for stakeholders.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, capture meeting notes, and track action items and follow-ups.
- Collect, validate, and organize operational data from approved systems.
- Produce weekly program status reports, metric dashboards, and KPI tracking.
- Maintain reporting templates, documentation repositories (SharePoint), and workflow tracking systems.
- Monitor milestones and timelines; escalate issues per governance procedures.
- Support audit readiness and documentation management.
- Identify process gaps and assist with implementing workflow and reporting improvements.
- Document risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation activities and support resolution tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years in program coordination, project administration, operations support, or business support.
- Experience producing reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience supporting data center operations, IT operations, or technical teams.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and operational governance frameworks.
- Experience in large enterprise environments.
Success Measures
- Accurate and timely delivery of weekly reporting and dashboards.
- Effective coordination of stakeholder communications and meetings.
- Maintenance of program documentation and operating procedures.
- Timely escalation and tracking of operational issues until resolution.
- Demonstrated contribution to reducing administrative workload for managers.
Compensation & Benefits
- Contract hourly rate: $30.00 - $35.00 / hour (range provided by the confidential client).

Individual compensation will depend on qualifications and experience.
