Role Overview

Confidential Client is hiring Production Workers for an on-site manufacturing facility in Greenfield, CA. This entry-level role is ideal if you want to start a career in automotive manufacturing or bring hands-on production experience to a stable employer. Multiple shifts are available; no prior manufacturing experience is required.

Pay & Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM — $20.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM — $22.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM — $22.00/hour

Annual pay range: $41,704 - $45,864 per year (actual offer depends on experience, qualifications, and shift).

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload automated production equipment
• Perform production, assembly, packaging, and inspection tasks
• Conduct visual inspections to meet quality standards
• Document production information and lot numbers accurately
• Follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Use hand tools, power tools, and RF scanners as required
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Support material handling and inventory movement
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workstation
• Communicate quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervision
• Work one scheduled weekend day per week based on department assignment

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift
• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Reliable attendance and a dependable work history
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production environment
• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, packaging, or general labor helpful but not required
