Overview

Production Supervisor (primary keyword: Production Supervisor Farmers Branch TX) — lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a fast-paced beverage/CPG environment. This is a hands-on, team-focused role responsible for safety, quality, productivity, and developing front-line talent. This position is based in Farmers Branch, TX. Annual base salary: $75,000–$85,000.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead production teams to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals
  • Supervise, coach, and develop team members through training and performance management
  • Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with GMPs, safety standards, and company policies
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste
  • Partner cross-functionally with QA, maintenance, and supply chain to support daily operations
  • Track production metrics and reporting, and deliver shift handovers to maintain continuity

Qualifications

  • Required:
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment (entry-level supervisory role)
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing
    • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices
    • Experience with ERP systems and production reporting tools

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift and overtime as needed
