What You’ll Do

Production-focused entry-level role supporting ETL, reporting and campaign processes. You will learn on the job and help keep automated production tasks and reporting running smoothly.

• Monitor scheduled ETL and reporting processes to confirm successful completion
• Execute and review QC reports for existing processes
• Run existing scripts to update the data warehouse (DWH) and generate client reports
• Perform QC on DWH loads and reports; document issues and follow up with stakeholders
• Maintain and update internal wiki/process documentation
• Move files and assets between FTP, MoveIT and internal folders as required
• Use JIRA for issue tracking and follow established runbooks for daily production tasks

Responsibilities (after training)

• Troubleshoot automated production task failures and data issues
• Automate repetitive production code where appropriate
• Support ad-hoc report development and minor report enhancements
• Set up and QC new ETL scripts and client data feeds
• Know expected client file inputs for campaigns and escalate missing or malformed files
• Communicate status and findings clearly to internal customers and teammates
• Save work with careful documentation for QC and auditability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field required
• Direct marketing experience is a plus but not required
• Prior work experience, technical training, or certifications are a plus
• No visa sponsorship provided for this position — candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Skills

• Willingness and ability to learn SQL; hands-on training provided
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Basic familiarity or willingness to learn FTP/MoveIT, JIRA, and internal wiki tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to thorough documentation
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $63,000 - $73,000 per year
• Estimated market reference shown on original posting: ~$86,290/year (informational)
