Position Overview

Confidential Client seeks an entry-level Production Operator (Production Cleaning Specialist) to join their nutrition manufacturing team in Casa Grande, AZ. This full-time role supports production and sanitation activities on a 12-hour day shift (6:00 AM–6:00 PM) and helps ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate production equipment (filling, processing, sterilizing systems) following standard operating procedures and safety rules.
• Perform routine sampling, monitor charts, and support sterility and quality checks.
• Complete work orders, logs, and documentation accurately and on time.
• Perform housekeeping, sanitation, and cleaning of production areas to meet GMP/FDA standards.
• Replenish and maintain production materials and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to support production flow and safety.
• Follow site policies to meet FDA, OSHA, and internal compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of production experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States (I-9 verification required upon hire).

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of production experience in a food or nutrition manufacturing environment.
• Forklift experience or material-handling certification preferred.
• Prior experience with sanitation, GMPs, or sterile/clean-room protocols a plus.

Compensation & Shift

• Base pay: $20.85 – $41.75 per hour (hourly range provided by the employer).
• Shift: 12-hour day shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Schedule allows every other weekend off:
  • Week 1: Wed/Thu — 12-hr shifts; others off.
  • Week 2: Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat/Sun — 12-hr shifts; Wed/Thu off.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Continuous standing and walking for prolonged periods; repeated bending, stooping, squatting, or kneeling.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of weights above 20 pounds.
• Work in clean-room and noisy environments; use of personal protective equipment (ear plugs, etc.) required.
