What You’ll Do
- Safely operate production equipment, including filling, processing, and sterilizing systems.
- Perform sampling responsibilities and monitor charts to ensure sterility and product quality.
- Complete work orders, logs, and documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment through routine housekeeping and sanitation tasks.
- Replenish and maintain production materials and supplies as needed.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and cross-functional plant personnel.
- Follow FDA, OSHA, and internal compliance procedures and policies at all times.
Who We’re Looking For
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of production experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills.
Preferred qualifications
- One year of production experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
Shift & Pay
- This is a full-time, 12-hour day shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM with an alternating schedule that provides every other weekend off.
- Week 1: Mon - OFF, Tues - OFF, Wed - 12 hours, Thurs - 12 hours, Fri - OFF, Sat - OFF, Sun - OFF
- Week 2: Mon - 12 hours, Tues - 12 hours, Wed - OFF, Thurs - OFF, Fri - 12 hours, Sat - 12 hours, Sun - 12 hours
- Pay range: $20.85 – $41.75 per hour (base pay). Actual pay may vary by location and candidate experience.
