Production Control Integrator - Entry Level

What You’ll Do
This role supports Sustainment and Site Operations as a Fabrication Business Unit Integrator, managing the flow of materials and orders to Operations. You will work with Operations leadership and Global Supply Chain to ensure material availability, prioritize constraints, and drive accountability across support functions to enable production schedules.
- Coordinate material flow and production orders to meet schedule and inventory targets.
- Track and report production and inventory metrics; identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering.
- Use data (spreadsheets and basic reports) to analyze operations and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate continuous improvement within teams and support self-directed work team initiatives.
- Provide basic training and support for process and material management topics.
Who We’re Looking For
Candidates with a practical understanding of production control, material management, or supply chain who can analyze data, prioritize constraints, and follow through to resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree OR a minimum of 2 years’ experience in production control, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, logistics, or material management.
- Ability to analyze operational data and create clear, actionable reports (Excel or equivalent).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to present information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Curiosity and initiative—willingness to take ownership of issues through to resolution.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing/production environments (scheduling, material flow, WIP, shop floor operations).
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Costpoint or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
- Yellow or Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement training.
- Demonstrated experience identifying constraints, evaluating tradeoffs, and recommending solutions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-Time Salary Range: $49,500 — $91,900 per year (range provided by the client).

Location & Work Type
- Primary job location: Conestee, SC — this role is remote-eligible (TELECOMMUTE), but may require coordination with on-site operations or occasional in-person meetings as determined by the client.
