Role overview

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Production Cleaning Specialist to join its Nutrition manufacturing team. This full-time role is based in Eleven Mile, AZ and supports daily sanitation and cleaning activities that keep production running and protect product safety and quality.

What You’ll Do

• Create a spotless, safe environment by cleaning assigned areas using approved sanitation methods.
• Clean and sanitize processing and production equipment to support food safety and production readiness.
• Use specialized tools and equipment (for example, floor scrubbers and scissor lifts) to complete sanitation tasks safely and efficiently.
• Prevent cross‑contamination of materials, work-in-progress, and food contact surfaces during sanitation procedures.
• Follow established Sanitation SOPs and complete required sanitation logs and work order documentation accurately.
• Remove trash, mop, clean floor drains, and maintain exterior areas as needed to keep the facility operating at its best.
• Help maintain sanitation equipment including floor scrubbers, vacuums, and hand tools.
• Support other departments as needed after receiving appropriate training.
• Adhere to compliance standards including FDA, OSHA, and Confidential Client policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Previous cleaning or sanitation experience (preferred).
• Ability to follow written SOPs and complete routine documentation.
• Comfortable learning to operate common sanitation equipment (floor scrubbers, vacuums, lifts) and following safe operating procedures.

Pay & Shift

• Base pay: $17.15 - $34.25 per hour.
• Schedule: 12-hour Day Shift, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Rotation / Time off pattern:
  • Week 1: Wed & Thurs (12 hrs)
  • Week 2: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun (12 hrs)
  • Week 3: Wed & Thurs (12 hrs)
  • Week 4: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun (12 hrs)
• Every other weekend off with a consistent rotating schedule.
