What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level, full-time Production Cleaning Specialist role on the 12-hour night shift in Casa Grande, AZ. You will perform sanitation and facility cleaning tasks that keep production running safely and help protect product integrity in a nutrition manufacturing environment operated by our confidential client.

• Create and maintain a spotless, safe production environment using approved sanitation methods.
• Clean and sanitize processing and production equipment to meet food-safety standards.
• Operate specialized cleaning tools and equipment, such as floor scrubbers, vacuums and scissor lifts (training provided).
• Remove trash, mop, clean floor drains and maintain exterior areas as needed.
• Complete required sanitation logs and work order documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow Sanitation SOPs and support food-safety and quality compliance (FDA, OSHA and client policies).
• Prevent cross-contamination by following established procedures and hygiene controls.
• Assist other departments when trained and directed.

Pay & Shift

• Base pay range: $17.15 – $34.25 / hour (posting range).
• Posted hourly rate for this opening: $21.00 / hour.
• Schedule: 12-hour Night Shift, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
• Shift rotation provides every-other-weekend off in a predictable pattern:
  • Week 1: Wed & Thurs (12 hrs)
  • Week 2: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun (12 hrs)
  • Week 3: Wed & Thurs (12 hrs)
  • Week 4: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun (12 hrs)

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work the scheduled night shift and perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, squatting or kneeling for extended periods.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; new hires will complete employment eligibility verification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or sanitation experience in industrial, food or manufacturing settings.
• Familiarity with sanitation SOPs, floor-scrubbing equipment or basic maintenance of cleaning tools is a plus.

Working Conditions & Compliance

• This role involves routine work with chemicals, noisy environments and work in clean-room conditions; hearing protection and other PPE may be required.
• You will be accountable for compliance with FDA, OSHA and confidential client policies and procedures.
• In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete required employment eligibility verification forms upon hire.
