Role summary
Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Production Associate Coordinator to support production operations, sample handling, and basic production data entry. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure to production timelines, purchase order processes, and cross-functional communication in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
- Assist production coordinators with sample unpacking, tagging, physical rack maintenance, and photo sample logging
- Learn and use production tools to support basic PO updates, capacity-sheet updates, and tracking logs
- Prepare and send routine vendor emails; assist with meeting preparation and document distribution
- Help maintain accurate sample and production inventories and support process improvement efforts
- Build working knowledge of production timelines, PO structures, and supply chain workflows
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or related coursework, or comparable practical experience
- Interest in apparel production, global supply chain, order tracking, and practical use of productivity tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Eagerness to learn and grow within production and operations teams
