What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring a Production Analyst in Los Angeles, CA. This entry-level role supports Relationship Managers and deal teams to source, underwrite and structure loans across residential real-estate product types. Day-to-day you’ll combine quantitative analysis with customer-facing communication to help move financing transactions from intake to committee.
- Conduct initial underwriting: budget analysis, income & expense analysis, loan sizing and structuring for construction loans, bridge loans, credit lines, DSCR loans and term loans
- Assist Relationship Managers and deal teams with underwriting tasks and preparing credit memos for loan committee review
- Interact with borrowers and brokers to source new deals; respond to inbound inquiries and perform outbound sourcing
- Attend conferences and investor events and help develop customer relationships in-market
- Support special projects and exercise independent judgment to complete assignments
- Maintain organized deal documentation and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Data Science or related field
- 0–1 years’ experience — entry-level candidates and recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with superior attention to detail
- Advanced MS Excel skills; comfortable in Word and PowerPoint for presentations and credit memos
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with daily phone and/or in-person customer interaction
- Some travel required (typically quarterly)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $71,000–$81,000 (reasonable estimate). Actual offer will consider education, location, training, licensure and other job-related factors.
