What You’ll Do

  • Support growth and profitability of assigned product lines across all sales channels, with emphasis on high-service distribution.
  • Monitor product-line performance using KPIs and deliver analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Assist in prioritizing product and portfolio projects based on business impact and strategic value.
  • Support new product introductions (NPI) and lifecycle activities, including transitions and rationalization.
  • Maintain product data: specifications, attributes, digital assets, and system records.
  • Help create and maintain product training materials for internal teams, distributors, and sales partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing to produce digital and printed collateral.
  • Publish and maintain market-level pricing for assigned product lines.
  • Provide input to monthly and quarterly forecasting and demand activities.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with distribution partners, customers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide product and technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct competitive, market, and product analysis to support product-line strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related technical field.
  • Strong technical aptitude and an interest in engineered products in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Internship or prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and product structures (BOMs, routings) preferred.
  • Familiarity with business-intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
