Role overview

Confidential Client (IT) is hiring an entry-level Product Specialist Associate to support product trials, customer onboarding, and product adoption. You will work with Account Executives, Support, and Technical teams to deliver successful Proofs of Value (trial periods), design custom workflows, and ensure customers realize clear value from enterprise AI products. This is a customer-facing role based in New York, NY.


What You’ll Do

  • Work with Account Executives to plan and deliver successful Proofs of Value and manage live projects from kickoff to final review.
  • Act as a product expert and trusted adviser throughout the trial and onboarding process.
  • Understand each prospect’s use case and tailor demonstrations, workflows, and reviews to match requirements.
  • Design custom workflows and solutions for live cases using the product’s features.
  • Coordinate with Support and Technical operations to identify and resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Help convert prospects into customers by demonstrating product value and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or analytical discipline — UK 2:1 or above, or US GPA of 3.5+.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; confident and engaging in customer-facing settings.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, support, technical).

  • Compensation: $75,000 per year.
  • New York office location with opportunity for international business travel.
