What You’ll Do

The Product Software Engineer — Agentic AI will design, build, test, and maintain AI-enabled SaaS features that improve customer workflows. You will work on modern web services and agentic AI workflows, contribute to APIs and cloud integrations, and help deliver secure, scalable solutions.

• Design, develop, test, debug, implement, and maintain enterprise software components.
• Build and enhance AI-powered application features using LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-based approaches, and workflow automation techniques.
• Implement and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and cloud services (Azure).
• Contribute to agentic AI implementations and intelligent workflow orchestration under architectural guidance.
• Create and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and validation mechanisms to ensure software quality.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical documentation.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, release readiness, and production monitoring (Azure DevOps preferred).
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, AI workflow issues, and production incidents.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Follow secure coding practices, data privacy principles, and enterprise SaaS requirements (security, observability, supportability).
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, DevOps, Security, and subject-matter experts to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Continuously learn and apply emerging technologies, especially Generative AI, Azure cloud services, and modern software engineering practices.

What We’re Looking For

You should be a hands-on engineer with experience building web applications, APIs, and cloud services — and a curiosity for applying Generative AI to product problems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years developing applications using C# and .NET.
• Experience building web applications, REST APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud development patterns.
• Exposure to Generative AI (LLMs), prompt engineering, or retrieval-based systems preferred.
• Understanding of microservices, API design, and secure software development practices (authentication, authorization, data privacy).
• Experience working within an Agile software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the U.S. tax or accounting domain is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $74,700.00 - $127,950.00 USD.
• This role is eligible for bonus opportunities.

• Actual base salary will depend on skills, experience, and hiring location.
