Position Overview
Confidential Client (Sales) is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist — Accessories to support product, regional marketing, and go-to-market teams for a global accessories portfolio serving public safety and enterprise customers. This is an early-career, hybrid role based near Schiller Park, IL focused on positioning, messaging, asset creation, and sales enablement.
What You’ll Do
- Define and help execute market and launch strategies for the accessories portfolio.
- Drive marketing planning and execution for new product releases and refreshes.
- Develop clear positioning, product messaging, and value propositions that translate technical features into customer value.
- Create and review digital assets, product datasheets, catalogs, and sales tools.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with product management, creative, digital, IT, legal, and regional marketing to deliver launch materials.
- Manage external agencies and vendors to produce videos, customer case studies, and other content.
- Provide technical marketing input and produce sales-focused solution descriptions across internal and external systems.
- Support training and enablement for sales and regional marketing teams.
Who You Are / Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, marketing communications, or related function.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
- Strong writing, presentation, and storytelling skills — able to distill complex products into clear, value-focused messages.
- Solid project management skills and the ability to manage a broad portfolio and key launch dates.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience or familiarity with digital eCommerce journeys and digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comfortable creating sales enablement materials and training content.
Basic Requirements & Logistics
- Location: Schiller Park, IL (hybrid work model).
- Employment type: Full-time; Position Type: New Grad / Early-career.
- Travel: Under 10%.
- Legal: Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer sponsorship is not available for this position (GC/citizen only).

Compensation & Benefits
- Target Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 USD (base). Actual pay will depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
